No. Both the SuiteCRM and Zoho CRM editions use a passive-safe install approach — zero schema changes to your existing CRM tables. Revenue Engine AI reads your existing data and renders dashboards without modifying anything.
No. All pre-built dashboards (pipeline health, team leaderboard, risk radar, rep deep dive, exports) work without any AI configuration. The AI Coaching Insights view requires an API key from Google Gemini, OpenAI (GPT-4), or Anthropic Claude. You bring your own key — no Zybroz relay, no external storage.
Role-based access is enforced server-side, not just in the UI. Admins see all teams and all reps. Managers see their own team. Individual reps see only their own pipeline and activity data. Peer visibility between reps is blocked by design.
