Revenue Engine AI fully supports SuiteCRM 7.12, 7.14, and 7.15. SuiteCRM 8.x support is currently frozen due to stability issues in the 8.x Angular shell — the module will not cause harm on 8.x, but the dashboard may not render correctly in the Angular container.
No. Revenue Engine AI makes zero database schema changes and modifies no core SuiteCRM files. It installs and uninstalls cleanly via the standard Module Loader. Your existing data, customisations, workflows, and reports are completely unaffected.
No. All 11+ pipeline dashboards, risk detection, leaderboards, and reporting work fully without any AI provider configuration. AI Insights is an optional layer. The built-in intelligence engine (zero API calls) handles scoring and signals automatically.
Google Gemini (gemini-2.5-flash, free under AI Studio quota), OpenAI GPT-4o-mini (~$0.001/request), and Anthropic Claude Haiku (~$0.001/request). You use your own API key — your CRM data is processed browser-side and never transmitted to Zybroz.
